this hotel isn’t what it’s cracked up to be. we had to wait until 8 am for coffee service, which is absolutely ridiculous, and the walk to the beach is not as advertised. i woudl ve been impressed if they bothered to give us a complimentary upgrade or even a simple welcome gift. disappointing!
