The beds were surprisingly comfortable and offered a decent amount of privacy with the cabin-like design. Each bed had its own reading light and socket, which was super convenient. the location was also great, within walking distance to major attractions and the bustling city center. Plus, the staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries or recommendations.

The hostel felt a bit cramped, especially on rainy days when there wasn't much space to hang out and relax. the shared rooms had limited storage options, making it difficult to find a place for larger bags.

The hostel is located in a convenient residential area, with easy access to transportation options. It is extremely close to the subway, and there is a bus stop just a few minutes away that can take you to Shibuya Station. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The cleanliness of the showers and toilets, which were shared facilities, was impressive. The water pressure in the showers was also great.

the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even going above and beyond to fulfill special requests. the beds were comfy with curtains for privacy, and the facilities were top-notch, including storage lockers and a kitchen on each floor. highly recommend!

It was the perfect location, just a 20-minute walk to Shibuya, and the interior had a modern and functional decor. I loved the convenient features like the cubbies for shoes under the stairs in the bunks, and the wood lock boxes by the head of the bed. Each floor had a small kitchen area and mini-fridge, as well as laundry facilities, which were a great help for a budget-conscious traveler like me. the staff at Wise Owl were incredibly kind and accommodating, even allowing me to store my bags and refrigerate some food before check-in.
