The staff goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, offering services such as luggage delivery and a free ride to the monkey park.

The wifi signal in the room may be a bit spotty.

From picking us up at the train station to driving us to the Snow Monkey park, their hospitality was exceptional. They even arranged for our luggage to be delivered back to the station. the onsen at the ryokan was a delightful bonus, and we were able to enjoy it privately. the highlight of our stay was definitely the delicious meals they prepared for us, which showcased the amazing Japanese cuisine. I highly recommend dining in at least one night.

The hosts are amazingly kind, friendly and helpful. They drove us to the snow monkey park and to and from the train station. We received fruits and cake on the house. The room is traditional and really nice and cozy.

We were greeted warmly upon arrival and taken care of throughout our stay. The owners drove us to the Monkey Park and even picked us up from the station with our luggage. The traditional room with tatami floors and futon mattresses was authentic and comfortable. We also enjoyed the private onsen on-site. a wonderful experience.

We had an incredible stay at Yudanaka Yasuragi! the owner was very attentive and went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. They picked us up from the train station and even took us to the snow monkey park. the room was clean, comfortable, and even better than what we saw on the website. the onsen was a highlight, and we loved that they had a massage chair. the service was exceptional, with attention to every detail, including cleaning the wheels of our suitcases. we had a fantastic time and would choose Yudanaka Yasuragi again if we return to Jigokudani. I stayed at the charming Yudanaka Yasuragi ryokan for a few nights as part of my trip to see the snow monkeys. The lovely owners were incredibly helpful and even provided a shuttle service to various destinations. The onsen was a heavenly experience, and the traditional meals served in ryokan style were absolutely delicious. The staff were attentive and the location was quiet and quaint, yet close to the main station. It was truly the best way to end my trip to Japan!

I recently stayed at Yudanaka Yasuragi for a few nights during my trip to Yamanouchi. The traditional ryokan provided a wonderful experience of Japanese culture. The private onsen was spacious and incredibly relaxing. The owners were kind and helpful, even offering a valet service to pick us up from the train station. The breakfast, prepared by the owner's wife, was simple yet delicious. it was a fantastic stay.

I had the best stay at a small ryokan in Yamanouchi! the owners were so friendly and welcoming, always going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They even offered to pick us up from the train station and take us to the famous snow monkey park. the onsen at the ryokan was clean and charming, with a lovely view of a small garden. the highlight, though, was the delicious dinner we had on our first night. It was a special Kaiseki-style meal that was the best food I've ever had in Japan. it was a truly wonderful experience.

We loved the personalized service - the owner picked us up from the train station and offered a ride to the Monkey Park. The ryokan served delicious Kaiseki dinner and had private onsen for couples. The owners also offered to drive us to the train station at the end of our stay. Highly recommended for party people!

Felt just like home, no complaints whatsoever.

They provided a free shuttle service, which was great because I was too posh to take public transportation. The inn had a convenience store right behind it, in case I needed an emergency bottle of champagne.

The free shuttle was not a luxury limousine, how disappointing!
