Upon arrival, I received a helpful run down of the place from an English-speaking staff member. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a traditional look. The resort had a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for escaping the crowds. The main highlight was the outdoor onsen, with breathtaking views and a serene ambiance. The shower facilities were well-equipped and maintained. The convenience store and souvenir shops were within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, being so close to the train station. This made it very convenient for us to explore the area. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always willing to assist with any queries we had. We also appreciated the free shuttle service provided by the hotel, which made getting around even easier. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities, such as heating and air conditioning. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was also a great bonus. We particularly enjoyed the delicious meals at the on-site restaurant, which offered a wide variety of options. The hot spring bath and sauna were the perfect way to relax after a long day of sightseeing. the hotel's excellent location, friendly staff, and comfortable rooms made our stay here truly enjoyable.

Highly recommend this hotel for everyone.

The hotel had two great indoor hot springs that were very relaxing. the staff were friendly and accommodating. the location of the hotel was great as it was within walking distance of a train station, making it easy to get around.

The air conditioning wasn't working properly during my stay and my room was uncomfortably warm. the breakfast provided wasn't great, with limited options and some items didn't seem fresh.
