The room had a minimal design, creating a cozy atmosphere. The receptionist made us feel welcomed and was well-informed about the island. The hotel corridors had a pleasant scent. I would gladly return and recommend this hotel.

The modern and comfortable rooms, along with the nice shower and spacious design, provide a pleasant stay. The staff is also highly praised for their kindness and helpfulness.

The lack of sound reduction in some rooms made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

I had a fantastic stay at this 4-star hotel. The room was beautifully designed and had all the modern comforts I needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable and ensured a great night's sleep. The rainforest shower head in the bathroom was a luxurious treat. I also appreciated the convenient USB charging ports on either side of the bed, as well as the reliable and fast WiFi. The ocean view from the room was absolutely stunning. Plus, being within walking distance to most everything in the area made exploring the city a breeze. The staff at this hotel were truly top-notch. They were available 24/7 and always went above and beyond to assist me. They had excellent recommendations for restaurants in the area and even helped me make reservations. I also loved the 10% discount to restaurants within the hotel group. The room here was soundproof, so I didn't hear any noise from other guests. Another highlight was being able to visit the pool at a sister hotel for free. The interactive visitor guide on the room TV was a thoughtful touch.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, right in the middle of all the action. It is situated between the strip and the ocean beach, making it perfect for those who enjoy being in central San Antonio. The staff at this place are lovely, friendly and very accommodating. They quickly sorted out any issues and were always willing to help. The hotel itself is nice and clean, with excellent amenities such as a swimming pool and a restaurant. The rooms are well-equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The service here is top-notch, and the staff speak good English.

The only downside to this hotel is that San Antonio itself is a bit far from everything and taxis can be expensive. However, if you have a car or don't mind the commute, it wouldn't be a problem at all.

Enjoyed my Christmas at this small, modern hotel. the room was spacious with a beautiful harbor view and a sliding door which doubled as a mirror. the staff was very friendly and helpful. the hotel is in a great location near the taxi rank, water fountains and just a five minute walk to the beach.

It's unfortunate that the hotel doesn't have a pool and there is no room service, bar or restaurant. I had to go next door for meals which were not special.

The location is so central, right in front of the harbor and close to all the pubs and clubs. The staff were amazing, always attentive to my needs, and the rooms were modern and spacious. The amenities were great too, with a swimming pool and beach access. I had a wonderful time here and would highly recommend it!

I had an amazing stay at Sa Clau By Mambo! The value for money was great and the room was cozy and comfortable. The location was perfect, with a beautiful view of the port from my sea view room. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The hotel's prime location near the West End strip provided convenience without any noise disturbances. The beach and water taxi stalls are just a stone's throw away. The wristband that came with the hotel allowed me to enjoy a 10% discount at all Mambo owned sites, which was fantastic. The attached restaurant served delicious food, such as the cheese and ham toastie. Additionally, being close to the bus station made it easy to explore the old town and superclubs at a fraction of the taxi price. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that our room was cleaned thoroughly and bedsheets changed daily. Even rooms without a sea view still offered glimpses of the sea. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel for a delightful holiday experience!
