We had a great time at a well-located property in a quiet area, just a short walk from the town centre. the owners were incredibly nice and helpful, making us feel immediately welcome. the room we stayed in was very clean and well-maintained. Although the single room was a bit small and the bathroom was communal, the other rooms had en suite facilities. Despite not being up to hotel standards, the B&B offered good value for money and the breakfast was standard but with the option for more. We would definitely consider going back to Avoca Villa Guest House.

The hotel facilities were well-maintained, and I appreciated the availability of a parking permit for my hire car. The location was convenient, allowing me to easily explore the city. The included breakfast was of good quality, and the daily cleaning and tidying of the room made my stay even more comfortable.

The room was very hot and a portable electric fan would have been helpful. It was a bit far to get to from the bus station with a suitcase, especially relying on public transport.

Avoca Villa Guest House was just a short 10/15-minute walk from the town centre, making it very convenient. the hosts were welcoming and allowed us to leave our luggage early and brought it up to our room when it was ready. the breakfast was good and the room was clean and comfortable. We also appreciated having tea and coffee supplies in our room.

We had a great experience staying at a guest house in Saint Helier. the owners were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. the location was perfect, just a short walk away from the town center. They were also very helpful when I had a bad back and provided me with some painkillers. We decided to extend our stay and upgraded to a double room with an en-suite bathroom, which was a pleasure. the overall value for money was good, with a clean and slightly dated, but comfortable, old-style B&B. the breakfast was standard, but they offered more if we wanted it. We would definitely go back.
