beachcombers in saint helier was even better than my previous stay. the staff were outstanding and made us feel at home. the recently refurbished rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was delicious.

The cleanliness was exceptional, with well-maintained rooms and common areas. The hotel facilities were great, especially the pool, which was a real bonus. We also loved the lovely location, surrounded by open farmland fields and with easy access to transportation, including bus lines 1 and 2. The staff were friendly and always willing to help, especially Camilla, Paul, Vince, and the whole catering and restaurant team. The breakfast was delicious, offering a good choice of cereals, cooked breakfast options, and specially prepared items.

The staff were very attentive and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The basic amenities were all in place and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The car parking was spacious and safe, which was important to me. The location was also convenient, with a Co-op store nearby and the Queen's Valley reservoir walk close by. Whether you're a walker, cyclist, or just looking to chill, this hotel is a great choice.

The breakfast queue for the toaster felt a bit like a cattle market, and it would have been nice to have some fresh fruit instead of just tinned. Other than that, all was ok.

The hotel allowed smoking outside by the windows and pool, which was unpleasant. It would be better if they prohibited smoking completely.

A lovely weekend spent on one of the home islands. Room was comfortable and clean. the food was very good and we enjoyed the buffet breakfast and the excellent service. We particularly appreciated the friendly and accommodating staff and the convenient location close to a beautiful beach and restaurants.

The hotel is in need of a renovation as the furnishings were outdated and in poor condition. the room had a musty smell and the curtains were not in the best condition.
