Great room, no noise, blackout curtains for "beauty sleep". Elevator for bags. Indoor heated pool for "future swims" I didn't have.

Spider in the chub, leak in front of the unit. Noisy guests.

The indoor swimming pool was a great perk during my stay. Even though the location wasn't the most convenient, the fantastic reception staff made up for it. I would recommend this hotel.

Almost perfect.

We stayed in a well-located accommodation that was close to everything. We could easily walk to the Boardwalk for some outdoor activities, and we visited the Festival of Lights. On the last night of our stay, we enjoyed the festivities on the street. Our room was clean and neat, and the staff at the front desk were warm and welcoming. The restaurant had amazing food, and it was a pampering experience for us.

The room was uncomfortable because of the firm bed and the electric blanket that had lumps palpable through the top sheet.

I was thrilled to receive an upgrade to a beautiful sunny suite overlooking the ocean. The location is perfect- near all the attractions and right on the beach. Also, the staff was always happy to help, accommodating all our requests, including a late checkout. The room had all the amenities I needed, from Wi-Fi to room service, making my stay all the more comfortable.

No kitchen sink in my room was a bit inconvenient, but I was advised by reception to ask for a superior room with one next time. this place is a great option for families looking for a comfortable stay in a convenient location with excellent service.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect - it was really close to the Netball courts and just a stone's throw away from the amazing coastal walkway. There were also some great cafes and restaurants nearby, so it was really convenient to grab a bite to eat. The staff here were outstanding - they were always friendly and welcoming, especially considering I had driven a long way to get here. The service was second to none, and I really appreciated all the amenities provided, such as the indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and spa & wellness centre. It was the perfect way to relax after a busy day.

This place is nice but it should have 2 pools as it doesn't take many people for the pool to be full.

The facilities were great, especially the pool on hot days. The staff responded quickly when we needed help with the air-conditioning. We also enjoyed the walking track outside our unit. It was a nice way to explore the area during our city trip.

One of the nights was quite noisy with people staying for a concert. It would have been nice to have a quieter evening.

Complementary tea and coffee offered in the room was a pleasant surprise. The hotel's location was central and within walking distance to everything. The bed was comfortable and provided a restful night's sleep.

The air conditioning was faulty and only after complaining was a noisy fan provided. The noise from road works behind the hotel was unbearable and made sleeping difficult.
