The hotel is conveniently located near Kagoshima airport, making it easily accessible for travelers. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with decent size bathrooms and all the necessary amenities. The staff is courteous and well-trained, providing excellent service. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options, including both Western and Japanese dishes. The hotel also boasts impressive facilities, such as a hot spring, swimming pool, gym room, and massage chairs.

Though the hotel provides great accommodations, it's disappointing that they charge for ice.

Stayed at a great hotel with a unique glass chapel. The staff were polite, and the rooms were comfortable with basic furniture. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of western and Japanese choices. Enjoyed a delicious dinner at the Japanese restaurant. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel provided a great value for the price. The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. The room was spacious with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. We enjoyed the included breakfast, and the hot springs were a great experience. We also appreciated the convenient location close to public transportation.

The service was good but not exceptional, and the hotel lacked a cozy and traditional atmosphere. The dinner in the hotel restaurant was average.

Very spacious hotel with excellent spa facilities. Annex block connected by bridge. Convenient parking near Annex. Beautiful sakura trees along riverside. Great Japanese restaurant, stunning views, efficient staff. Well-preserved, nostalgic rooms. Modern amenities including public bath and restaurants. Gym, comfortable rooms, decent restaurant options, and rooftop bar. Nearby local restaurants including Kohki Japanese Dining. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic stay at this place. The main tower is located in a quiet area of town, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff provided excellent service, ensuring that all of our needs were met. The room amenities were top-notch, including heating, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV. We also enjoyed the hotel's dining options, with a restaurant and bar/lounge area available. The spa and wellness centre on-site was a great addition, providing us with the opportunity to unwind and rejuvenate. this place exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it.
