Friendly and helpful staff; Kennedy on reception and Robert and Stanley on the bar stood out with great customer service. New assistant manager went out of their way to help with a friend's broken foot. Hotel location is good, with free parking. Nice food, comfortable and clean rooms. Good value for money.

For the price we paid, we got great value with a spacious and clean room. The hotel's location was convenient, close to shops and other amenities. The staff at Best Western were exceptionally polite, helpful, and made us feel welcome.

The morning meal could have been improved with more variety.

Text: I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Saint Helier recently. The decor was a bit dated, but it was spotlessly clean. The receptionist was outstanding, always ready to help. The room was spacious with all the necessary amenities. The bar was excellent, with delicious food, and the breakfast in the morning was of exceptionally high quality. Despite a few small drawbacks like no air conditioning and some mobility issues, I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I was extremely satisfied with my experience.

Breakfast had good variety, but cooked food was only warm. Reception, bar, and restaurant had a great ambiance. Staff were friendly and helpful, showing good leadership. Upgrade to a suite with large patio was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast selection was large and the pub-like bar had reasonably priced drinks and food. Staff were always available and helpful.

I recently stayed at a centrally located hotel in St Helier, Jersey. The hotel is right on the crossroads and opposite a popular pizza shop. Despite the constant sound of traffic in the mornings, the location was convenient for walking into the city center. The room I had was spacious and clean with tea and coffee making facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful, even arranging an early continental breakfast for me. I also enjoyed the tasty meals in the hotel's restaurant.

That the hotel lacked disability access, making it a challenge for people with mobility problems.

This hotel is great value for money and provides basic amenities for a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic, within easy walking distance of the town center, making it convenient for exploring St Helier. The rooms on the terrace level are a delightful feature, especially in March when you can step out onto the outside terrace and enjoy the Spring sunshine. I also appreciated that breakfast was included, allowing me to start my day off right with a hearty meal or just a simple cup of tea or coffee.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was lovely, and I couldn't fault anything.

Having a fridge in the room was a nice touch, allowing us to store our drinks and snacks and save some money.

The noise level in the hotel was a bit bothersome, as we could hear traffic and other guests throughout the night. The bed was not as comfortable as we had hoped, and the pillows were a little flat.

Lovely hotel, staff and food

We stayed here in August and had a lovely experience. Our room was spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed. The hotel was very clean and the en suite was spotless. The buffet breakfast and the food at the bar and restaurant were delicious. Although our room didn't have air conditioning, there was a fan provided. The location was great, with a beautiful park nearby and a short walk into town. We would definitely come back here. I recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

Great location, 10min walk to Liberation Square. Good size twin room with tea and coffee facilities, biscuits, shampoo and body wash. Friendly staff and good selection at buffet breakfast.
