The staff were friendly and helpful. Location was central. Great Cafe across the road that does delicious food. Comfortable bed. Clean and bright room. Block out blinds were great for a good sleep.

Had to wait for more than 30 mins for check-in. No toilet paper refill.

The layout of the hotel seemed a bit confusing, with a very small corridor and what looked and sounded like a basic fibro wall separating my room.

I appreciated the convenience of close parking to the rooms, adding ease to our trip. the hotel's location near Nepean Village and Penrith Panthers Stadium provided for a variety of nearby attractions for family bonding. the Museum of Fire and Penrith Regional Gallery were also within a short distance, offering unique experiences to enhance our trip. the relaxation facilities at the hotel were a soothing addition after exploring the local landmarks, allowing for a well-rounded and enjoyable stay.

The rooms are modern, clean, and well-equipped with a fridge, TV, and coffee facilities. It's conveniently located near a pub with a restaurant. The staff are helpful and friendly. In the room, there's a great shower and nice toiletries provided. Free wifi, water, and a hairdryer are a nice touch.

The hotel we stayed at was a great stopover. the room was clean, comfortable and located in a quiet spot. the staff were friendly and the tavern offered a delicious dinner which we thoroughly enjoyed. It was great value for money and perfect for a family of three like us. We loved the fact that we could check in early in the evening and check out the next morning, making it a hassle-free experience.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing as it only consisted of cereal, milk and juice. We would have preferred a more substantial meal, like a buffet breakfast, especially since we were celebrating a special occasion.

We had a great time staying at this hotel during our family get together in the Blue Mountains. The location was perfect, right through to the bathroom area, and so close to the pub itself. The rooms were comfortable and nicely decorated, with a great shower and nice toiletries. The staff were helpful and friendly, providing excellent service. Additionally, the free welcome drink was a pleasant surprise.

The lack of soundproofing, which made it difficult to have a peaceful night's sleep.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the value for money was outstanding. With affordable prices and attention to detail, I felt like I was getting a great deal. Secondly, the location was perfect for me as it was opposite the "beer garden", which was a great spot for smokers. Lastly, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were basic but had all the necessary amenities, including a modern bathroom with fresh towels. Plus, the included breakfast, although the bread was from a nearby bakery, was a nice touch.

All was fine, nothing to complain about.
