We had great value for our money at Cristina! The room had a lovely balcony with beautiful sea views and the staff treated us like VIPs, always friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and convenient bus stops nearby.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, located just outside St Helier on a good bus route, making it convenient to explore the area without a car. The staff were always helpful and smiling, providing exceptional service throughout our stay. The room was spotless with nice decor, and the breathtaking views from the balcony added to the overall experience. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of options, including a delicious full English. We also enjoyed the pool area, which was kept spotless and offered a great place to relax.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Hotel Cristina for our third visit. The staff were always friendly and helpful, and we were pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to a seaview room free of charge. The hotel was spacious with beautiful public areas, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The location was superb, with excellent facilities and a fantastic view over the bay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and stylish. The food in the restaurant was very good, and there was always something different to offer. Despite a few minor issues like no lift and flaky wifi, we had a lovely and relaxing experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

We as a family loved the variety of activities offered by the hotel. The kids had a blast at the pool and the staff organized fun workshops that kept them entertained. The panoramic views of the sea from our room were absolutely breathtaking.

The room had excellent views of the sea, and the staff were welcoming despite our unexpected arrival. the breakfast provided a wide choice of delicious foods. the location of the hotel was great for easy access to beautiful beaches and a quick trip to the city, where there were plenty of shops and restaurants to explore.

The lighting in the bar and restaurant in the evening was too bright and took away from the atmosphere. the lack of air conditioning in the rooms was a downside, although the hotel did provide a fan.

Spent my Christmas holiday at a hotel and the view was great! Comfortable rooms too! the hotel is located on a steep hill, which makes it quite difficult to find, but once you get there, the view from the terrace and dining areas is fantastic! the rooms are cozy and comfortable, and the breakfast selection is excellent. Another advantage is the friendly staff that provided great service.

The evening meals were a bit overpriced, and the food quality was quite poor. We opted for an upgrade that cost a considerable amount, expecting a great meal, but the set menu was sparse, and there weren't many options we liked.
