amazing staff, warm and welcoming. unlike other chain hotels, they went above and beyond to make us feel special. the room was spotless and the views from the superior room were breathtaking. loved the food and great location for exploring the island.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, with a well-equipped room and comfortable beds. The location was perfect, right next to the main bus terminal and shopping area, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay.

The breakfast could have been improved by addressing the issue of noisy children in the breakfast room, as it was quite disruptive for other guests.

The room we stayed in was upgraded to an executive room, which was quite nice. It wasn't very large, but it was clean and comfortable. the location of the hotel was great, very convenient to everything in the area. It was close to the shops, bus station, and harbor, making it easy to explore and get around.

the hotel was not very accommodating when it came to changing our reservation date. during our meal at the hotel, the staff seemed a bit neglectful.

The limited choices in the hotel's bar may disappoint some guests.

The hotel exceeded my expectations with its comfortable and cozy atmosphere. The staff were attentive, friendly, and truly made me feel special. The location was perfect for easy access to all the attractions. The breakfast was a joy and the Friday seafood buffet was delicious and great value for money. Jersey itself was clean, the people friendly, and the scenery breathtaking.

Great location overlooking the harbor, just a short walk from the bus station, restaurants, and shops. The room was clean and spacious with plenty of storage. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The receptionist on arrival was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at the Pomme D'or in Jersey. The location was incredibly convenient, just across the road from the bus station, making it easy for me to explore the island using the local buses. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean and the staff were all friendly and efficient. The breakfast choices were vast and delicious, with a huge variety to choose from. I stayed in a premier room which had a great view of Liberation Square. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a separate seating area and a large bathroom with both a bath and separate shower. The food at the Harbour Room restaurant was exceptional, especially the Friday Seafood Buffet. I highly recommend the Pomme D'or for a fantastic stay in Jersey.

I loved being seated by the window overlooking the harbor every morning. the room was spotlessly clean, with great amenities like tea/coffee making facilities and ample storage space. the shower was also powerful and refreshing.

The bar service was slow and the selection of local drinks was limited. the car park was quite far away from the hotel and inconvenient for those with luggage.
