I had a fantastic stay at a lovely hotel with spacious rooms and amazing pool area. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even going the extra mile to drop us off near a local attraction. The location was great, just outside of town.

The food for breakfast could use some improvement.

As a group of friends, we loved the friendly staff, delicious breakfast choices, and the bar with a view of the outdoor pool. The location was quiet and peaceful, away from traffic and the gardens were beautiful. The entertainment, including the magician, was a nice touch. The complimentary bus shuttle was very useful too.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. the staff were incredibly friendly and professional, especially the restaurant staff who provided amazing service and were very quick. The attention to detail was evident throughout the hotel, from the clean and spacious rooms to the lovely shower or bath with great views from the window in the evening. Additionally, the breakfast was of good quality with a choice between a Full English and Continental, and the staff were excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel for its value for money and excellent service.

Although everything was generally great during my stay, there was a slight musty smell in our room and in certain areas of the hotel. However, it was not too off-putting and did not affect our overall experience negatively.

We had a great stay at the hotel. the room was very comfortable with excellent mattresses and pillows. the dinner at the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced, so we ended up eating there multiple times. the breakfast was also of a good standard. the staff were well trained and incredibly helpful. the building and grounds were well maintained and clean. the pool and garden area were lovely, and we enjoyed relaxing there. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely return.

Breakfast disappointingly bland.

Surrounded by beautiful fields and trees, the hotel is in a stunning location. Excellent facilities provided by friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed the lovely pool and fun evening entertainment. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds for a good night's sleep. Breakfasts are plentiful and satisfying.

The hotel is located in a quiet area outside the centre of St Helier, which provides a peaceful atmosphere for guests.

The hotel could benefit from some modernization and renovation, but overall, the experience was still satisfactory.

The value for money was excellent, with a wide selection of self-service breakfast options and delicious cooked items served by friendly waitstaff. The room was comfortable and the public areas were clean and well-maintained. The staff made me feel welcomed and were always helpful and friendly. The outside area, including the pool, garden, and seating areas, was a delight. Plus, the complimentary bus service to town was a convenient perk!

The hotel is located on a long steep hill from the centre, making it a bit of a challenge to walk back, but there is a complementary mini-bus that runs several times during the morning. The bus station is nearby, making it easy to catch a bus and explore the island. The view from the hotel is spectacular, overlooking its wonderful gardens.

The en-suite bathrooms are a bit on the small side.

Our stay at Westhill Country was excellent value for money, with comfortable and clean rooms. The location was convenient with easy access to downtown via the courtesy bus, and the staff treated us with great kindness and efficiency.

The breakfast offerings could be improved by ensuring accurate orders and anticipation of dietary needs.

The pool was nice and clean, perfect for cooling off during a hot day. the location was quite convenient, it was easy to find and in a good spot, close to some interesting places to visit. the shuttle service to the city center was a great bonus.

The hotel room was a bit run down and not as clean as it could have been. the sheets and towels smelled musty and felt damp.
