The location of the hotel is convenient, being close to the Springfield train station and surrounded by good coffee shops. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and immaculate cleanliness. The bathrooms are luxurious and separated from the bedrooms. The staff is helpful and the restaurant, though limited in menu choices, provides decent food. Guests can also enjoy dining down at the tavern next door. The hotel offers a pleasant area to walk around the lake.

The water pressure in the bathrooms can be low, causing it to take a while to fill the bath.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! The room was incredibly spacious, perfect for our family of three. Our 7-year-old loved the separate bedroom and sofa bed. The kitchenette was well-equipped and there was even room in the fridge for our own breakfast items. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of a cafe for morning coffee and breakfast, as well as several restaurants. The swimming pool was a hit with our family and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We truly felt pampered during our stay here.

The location of the hotel was perfect for me, being close to the train station and not too far from the Brisbane CBD. Additionally, the customer service I received was top-notch. From the moment I checked in, I was greeted warmly and made to feel valued as a guest. The staff even called me during my stay to check if there was anything I needed. During my city break, I had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean and well-maintained. I appreciate the fact that they provided me with fresh towels and the staff was helpful. The hotel was in a great location, with convenient access to nearby shops and restaurants. Another great aspect was that I could park my car there and not worry about it. This hotel has won my heart with its comfortable rooms and excellent service.

There were some negative aspects, including the fact that there was no staff at the desk during the night hours- but it wasn't a big deal for me. the automatic gate was malfunctioning during my stay which resulted in difficulties accessing the car park.
