I had an amazing stay at a lodge in a beautiful African atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my holiday was successful. The place was stunning, with lush greenery and authentic African decor. The rooms were clean and the hotel had a unique, original feel. I truly enjoyed my time there. I highly recommend this lodge for a truly memorable experience.

We had an exceptional stay at this hotel. The staff, including Kennedy and Rita, were incredibly helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and even taught us a Zambian board game. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, with a tastefully decorated lobby, pool, and breakfast room. The room itself was spacious and clean, with all necessary amenities. The location was quiet and peaceful, yet still within walking distance of the main attractions and a short taxi ride away. The breakfast served at the hotel was plentiful and tasty. it was a fantastic experience.

As longer term business travelers, we really appreciated the incredible staff at the lodge. They were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Kennedy and his colleague were especially attentive to all the details and made us feel like part of the family. The location was also great, allowing us to easily explore local markets and restaurants, as well as visit major sights such as the falls and Chobe. Additionally, the lodge had a charming character and was immaculately maintained. The pool area was a refreshing spot surrounded by beautiful planting, and breakfast was superb. Highly recommended!

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate our requests. We were able to book airport transfers, a river cruise, and a day visit to Chobe through the lodge, all of which were well-organized and efficient. The Chobe trip felt almost like a private tour, and the prices for these activities were very reasonable.

We felt so at home during our stay at Ngoma Zanga Lodge that we had absolutely nothing to complain about.

Our room and bathroom were spacious and had all the necessary amenities. The staff provided excellent service, helping us with tour reservations and making sure our stay was comfortable. The breakfast was simple but delicious, especially the eggs and bacon. a pleasant experience!

The outdoor space, including the pool, needed some attention.

The rooms were spacious and well-maintained. The hotel grounds were beautifully kept, creating a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The beds were comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The hotel provided excellent service, promptly addressing any issues or requests. Kennedy also helped arrange excursions and even organized a takeaway meal for us when the restaurant was closed. The laundry service was efficient and affordable.

One small improvement for breakfast would be to offer a variety of spreads, including butter, instead of just large bowls of margarine.

I was lucky to have made a last-minute change, from the more well-known hotels in the area. The lodge is small - less than 10 rooms, and it looks lovely from the outside. Our room was spacious and nicely decorated, with a very comfortable king-sized bed. All of the amenities were fine. But what really made the hotel stand out was the service. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and Rita at the front desk was a star. The pool side aspect of our room was breathtaking, and the gardens and grounds were well kept. We had a truly relaxing and enjoyable stay at Ngoma Zanga Lodge.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always going out of their way to assist us. the location was convenient, with easy access to both the airport and the Victoria Falls. We enjoyed lounging by the pool, as it was well-maintained and provided a great spot to relax and unwind.

The facilities were in need of some maintenance, particularly the plumbing. We experienced issues with muddy water in our bathroom sink and the shower going dry multiple times.

Quiet location, tastefully decorated common areas, polite and accommodating staff, spacious room with necessary amenities, efficient transportation arrangements.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the helpful staff, great tours, and beautiful external areas. The breakfast, especially the eggs and bacon, was simple but very good. Livingstone is a must-visit place.
