As a solo traveler, I absolutely loved the theme of the hotel's décor and the huge private beach with mud buckets for the benefits of the Dead Sea. The spa was exceptional, offering a 10JD per person per day rate and the main pool had jet stream massage heads, making it unnecessary to pay extra for massages. The staff, especially at Ambrosia and Rabbel, were polite, friendly, and eager to serve. My premier room had a great view of the Dead Sea and all the standard amenities were provided.

I had such a wonderful time during my stay at Crowne Plaza Dead Sea. I originally booked for 4 nights but extended for an extra 3 nights because I was enjoying it so much. The staff, including Leith, Ibrahim, Mohanad, and Ahmed. The resort itself is luxurious and clean, with amazing views of the Dead Sea. I also received a room upgrade with a fantastic balcony view. The pool area, especially the adults only panoramapool, was a highlight, with good music and attentive lifeguards. I had a fantastic experience and will definitely visit again.

This hotel is a great value for the money, with reasonable prices for the amenities and services offered. The staff are attentive to detail and provide excellent service. The rooms are in good condition and come equipped with two double beds, perfect for families with children. It's also great that the fridge is stocked with free drinks.

Great service for guests with disabilities, organized access to the Dead Sea, and comfortable beds. Plenty of shade, showers, mud for bath, and a lifeguard on site. Multiple pool options and a diverse breakfast menu. Excellent location close to tourist attractions.

The hotel's location is convenient with a small shopping mall nearby and easy access to the Dead Sea shore. The main restaurant particularly offers a great atmosphere for breakfast with fantastic service. The swimming pool is well-maintained and the float provides easy access to the Dead Sea. The rooms are spacious and clean with modern amenities and comfortable beds.

The reception area could use some improvements to reduce crowding during peak times.

The location of the hotel was perfect for my Christmas getaway. It was situated right by the Dead Sea, allowing for easy access to the beach and the famous floating experience. I enjoyed spending my days lounging on the beach and taking refreshing dips in the sea. The staff at the hotel were also very friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with any requests or questions I had. Additionally, the spacious rooms provided a comfortable and relaxing space for me to unwind after a day of exploring.

There were a few aspects of my stay that I didn't particularly enjoy. the service at the bar was not up to par.

We loved the authentic and delicious Indian cuisine served at the resort. The chef, Suresh Pundir, was amazing and his hospitality was impressive. we had a great stay and can highly recommend this hotel to others.

Enjoyed free access to indoor pool and gym. Located near the main attractions and transport links. the breakfast buffet was diverse and tasty.

The room was smaller than expected and lacked basic amenities. the staff at the reception desk were not very friendly or helpful.

What a fantastic stay! This place is right on the beach of the Dead Sea, and I was able to float in the water even when it was too rough outside thanks to the indoor pool with the same water. The service is wonderful too, with staff at my service at any time and room amenities like a mini-bar and free Wi-Fi. Plus, the leisure spa & wellness center had everything I needed, including massage, body wraps, and even an aqua park!

This hotel is definitely the perfect place for families.

Spacious rooms with upgraded sea view, great amenities, and attentive staff. Enjoyed the spa facilities and not crowded beach. Plenty of seating around pools, including adults-only pool with bar. Beautiful resort, would recommend with pros and cons.

This hotel provided luxurious and exclusive amenities that exceeded my expectations. the Spa & wellness centre offered a variety of treatments including a body scrub, full body massage and beauty treatments. The outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace gave me a serene and relaxing atmosphere while the restaurant served delicious dishes with special menus. the water was still refreshing. my stay at this venue was amazing and I would highly recommend it. the location had a breathtaking view and the service was excellent.

We had a restful stay at Crowne Plaza with a convenient location. The gym was excellent and the internet was fast. We also enjoyed the nice breakfast.

During our stay, we had a fantastic time at the adult and family pools. The pool area was amazing, although the day beds could have been more comfortable.
