Friendly and attentive service from the staff member who helped us with our bags. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, providing a comfortable stay. Despite a couple of minor inconveniences, overall I would recommend this hotel for its hospitality and accommodations.

My Christmas stay at this hotel was a delight! the staff was extremely warm and friendly, always willing to help with a smile. the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with comfortable mattresses that provided the perfect sleeping experience. Another plus was the excellent breakfast with a varied selection of delicious food, perfect to start the day energetically.

The only drawback was the occasional broken equipment in some rooms, like the hairdryer and flusher. the proximity to the city center might be a bit complicated for those who need to communicate in English since not all shopkeepers speak it fluently.

The hotel is conveniently located near all the shops that you need, including an ATM cash machine. You'll find everything you need within walking distance, making it very convenient for your stay. Additionally, the hotel provides a card with directions in Arabic, which is perfect for easily communicating with taxi drivers.

I must mention that the hotel does not provide the best breakfast options compared to other hotels in the area.
