Exceptional customer service, great location near restaurants and malls. Staff goes above and beyond. Comfortable and clean rooms, with a relaxed atmosphere. Helpful and friendly receptionist. Impressive suite size, quality, and cleanliness. Super friendly staff who printed boarding pass. Satisfactory breakfast, but fresh coffee should be ready by 7:00 am.

I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional quality of my suite at Guest House Hotel. The size, cleanliness, and overall presentation exceeded my expectations. Additionally, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and convenient. The reception even printed my boarding pass for me. The location was great, with a supermarket and coffee shop right next door. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional quality and value.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its excellent value for money, attentive staff, and convenient location near the airport. The rooms, complete with private bathrooms, were comfortable and well-maintained. I especially appreciated the breakfast, which offered a good variety of options to start the day.

Clean and spacy room. Great room rates. Near to several good restaurants. Amazing suite upgrade. Comfortable and cozy atmosphere. Helpful and friendly staff. Home-like feeling. Mr. Taha and Mr. Fouad from reception team were wonderful. Good mixture of past and present in the room decor.

The hotel provided complimentary toiletries and towels in the rooms, which I thought was a nice touch. the location was great, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. the heating system worked well and kept the room warm during the colder evenings.

The furniture and mattresses in the rooms were quite old and uncomfortable. the pillows were especially hard and made sleeping difficult.

Additionally, the hotel was close to the airport, making transportation easy and hassle-free.

One downside was that the breakfast lacked a bit of variety and freshness. But the staff was accommodating and willing to meet special requests.
