My recent stay at the Grandstay Hotel & Suites was superb. The staff was incredibly warm and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed. I also enjoyed the nice breakfast spread in the morning. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to the expressway and a grocery store within walking distance. it was a wonderfully pleasant stay and I would book again without hesitation.

There was a minor inconvenience during my stay when the hotel placed a higher hold on my credit card than expected. Although they assured me that it was released, it took longer than anticipated for my bank to process the transaction.

As a tourist, I really enjoyed the friendly staff, welcoming environment, and comfortable room at this hotel. The in-room whirlpool tub was a great bonus, especially since the hot tub was temporarily out of order. There were also plenty of towels available, which I appreciated. The breakfast had a good variety of choices, although it would have been nice to have a few hot dishes with eggs. I had a pleasant stay and felt well taken care of.
