The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to key attractions and amenities. The staff were friendly and polite, always willing to assist with any requests. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide variety of options to cater to different tastes.

The maintenance of the rooms was not up to par, with some areas appearing dirty and in need of repair. The overall condition of the hotel could be improved, as it seemed quite old and not well-maintained at times.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Amman. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional, especially Moawiyah at the club lounge, Nimr at the Patio restaurant, and Mohamad Rafiq and Ibrahim from housekeeping. The room was clean, well-equipped, and had a stunning view of the city. The hotel's location near the 3rd circle was perfect, and the free valet service was a great bonus. The concierge was extremely helpful when my parents lost their luggage at the airport.

The staff at the hotel were very helpful and warm during check-in and check-out. The room was well-appointed with a big and comfortable bathroom. The hotel had excellent spa facilities, probably the best in the city. The hotel also provided great service, such as mounting my spare wheel when it arrived with a flat tire from the overland roads.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the comfortable and clean rooms at the hotel. the rooms were well-maintained and provided a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location made it easy for me to explore and visit various attractions in the city. I found it very helpful to be close to public transportation and major landmarks, which made my sightseeing adventures hassle-free.

There were a couple of aspects that I didn't find satisfactory during my stay. the staff at the reception seemed a bit careless and were not very attentive.

the staff at this hotel, let's call it Le Royal, were extremely helpful and friendly. the room I booked, a business suite, was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the city view from the room, especially at night. the hotel also had a lounge area with free snacks and drinks during lunch and dinner time, which was a nice touch. I also appreciated the option for late checkout. it was a fantastic stay and I would gladly book a room there again.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its great location in the business center and close proximity to main areas. Chesters Steakhouse serves delicious food, and the room and bathroom were comfortable and clean. The staff provided exceptional service and the breakfast spread was top-notch. The gym and spa facilities were excellent with both single-sex and mixed options available.

The pool was small and had limited sunbeds and parasols, making it difficult to enjoy a relaxing swim.
