The view from the terrace was breathtaking, overlooking the stunning canyon. The hotel facilities, including the garden and pool area, were well-maintained and provided a great place to relax. The location was convenient, being close to the zoo and offering easy access to transportation options. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay.

From the moment we arrived, they were attentive and went out of their way to ensure our comfort. They were always ready to assist with any requests or questions we had. Additionally, the location of the hotel was a key advantage. It was conveniently situated near the zoo, allowing us to easily explore and enjoy the attractions in the area.

One major downside was the lack of hot water. It was frustrating to have to repeatedly ask for hot water and not have it readily available.

The Hotel Y Spa Posada Mirador is located in a quiet area, right at the Parque Nacional, offering a beautiful view from the terrace. The staff was nice and helpful, and the rooms on the top floor had a wonderful view. The breakfast served at the hotel was amazing, with a variety of options to choose from.

During our recent stay at Hotel Y Spa Posada Mirador, we were delighted with the stunning view overlooking the beautiful canyon. The tranquility of the suburban neighborhood made for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The convenient location, just a few blocks from the northern terminus of the Macrobus, provided easy access to the city center and its attractions. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. Lastly, the reasonable prices, including the restaurant, made this hotel a great choice for our visit.

The view from my room at Hotel Y Spa Posada Mirador was absolutely breathtaking. I could see the stunning "EL BARRANCO" canyon right from my window. The location near the zoo was also a plus. Despite a few drawbacks like the jacuzzi tub not working and the occasional WiFi dropout, I would still recommend this hotel for its beautiful setting and amazing breakfast. I had a memorable stay at Hotel Y Spa Posada Mirador.

The hotel had a nice location with some good complementary services. the complementary breakfast had a nice variety and was delicious. the shuttle service was convenient and helped us explore the surrounding area without any hassle.

The room was not well kept - it was dirty and the bathroom had unpleasant smells. the staff was not accommodating and did not seem to care about the needs of the guests.

The location offers a stunning view of the canyon. The hotel has two pools and is currently adding a gym. It is quiet and safe, with a zoo nearby. Although a bit far from the center, it is worth it for the peaceful atmosphere.
