regency palace was just okay, the breakfast was consistently cold and seemed old, not what you expect at a palace. my safe was so broken, it almost felt like a joke! all this and i was treated like any other guest, no upgrade or even a welcome drink. i almost thought of a better review, but just couldn’t.
