Y’all, the staff here treated us like family when we got stuck and needed a room last minute. Super kind and helpful, bless their hearts! The beds were comfy as heck, and the location was right near all the good eats and sights. Just wished the breakfast had more options for our picky eaters.

The service was horrendous during my stay. I constantly had to ask for towels and toilet paper, which didn't arrive promptly. The staff acted disinterested and unhelpful, making the whole experience frustrating and disappointing.

Chur, the location was sweet as, just a stroll to the main square, but mate, the shower pressure was tragic and flooded the bathroom heaps. Staff were super friendly, though!

Located in the heart of Mérida, this hotel offers great access to local attractions. The staff is attentive, and the outdoor pool creates a lovely atmosphere (a nice spot to relax! ).

i really enjoyed my stay at holiday inn express. the location was fantastic, with plenty of restaurants nearby, and we loved the colonial-inspired outdoor pool after a day of exploring. the staff was super helpful, especially when they explained parking for my rental car. they made me feel welcome every time i returned from a late night out.

Excellent air conditioning and very good mattress made my stay enjoyable. The location is perfect, close to all the interesting sites, and dining options were plenty with a convenient tip system. Staff were friendly and helpful.

It was just a great match for a weekend outing in Merida with very good value for money. The air conditioning worked excellently, which was a relief in the heat. Be sure to ask early about breakfast options as they can run out quickly.
