The staff at reception were very helpful and accommodating, providing us with all the information we needed for our visit to Petra. The room was clean and comfortable, ensuring a decent stay.

As a family with two small kids, we loved the family suite and the comfortable beds. The AC was initially charged at 2 JD, but they turned it on for free when we asked. The restaurant terrace had a beautiful traditional Bedouin decor and stunning views of Wadi Musa. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the ride to the bus stop and the delicious lunch box. The balconies offered amazing views, and the common space upstairs was perfect for traveling with a group.

The location, although slightly away from the main tourist street, was perfect for me as I enjoyed being away from the hustle and bustle. Plus, it was a short walk to Petra in the morning to beat the crowds.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

I had an amazing time at this hotel. The staff was exceptional, going out of their way to assist guests and offering free transportation to the Petra Visitor's Center. The included breakfast was excellent, and the hotel even had a package that included transportation to the nearby Wadi Rum, which is normally expensive and difficult to reach. The hotel's terrace on the roof had an incredible view, and I enjoyed having my own dinner there. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The location of the hotel, hidden in the mountains, was close to Petra and the market area, but away from the main tourist strip.

The view from the terrace was breathtaking, offering a stunning mountain scenery. the breakfast provided by the hotel was not only delicious but also very filling, offering a great start to the day. the packed lunches provided for our trip to Petra were convenient and saved us time and effort. the staff members were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist us, even driving us to a local doctor when my boyfriend injured his ankle. the location of the hotel was also advantageous, with easy access to Petra through the hotel's shuttle service or affordable taxi options.

The behavior of the hotel receptionist/owner was less than satisfactory, displaying a poor attitude when I raised concerns about certain discrepancies in the facilities of the rooms. the lack of a bidet shower in the bathrooms was also a disappointment.
