We had a fantastic stay at Sheraton. The room was comfortable and clean, and we were impressed with the top-notch staff who provided excellent service throughout our stay. The gym center was well equipped, and we thoroughly enjoyed the sauna and steam room. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient, and the wifi was fast and reliable. The Evoo restaurant was truly excellent, offering delicious cuisine. We were also grateful for the always helpful concierge who assisted us with our luggage and transportation. we had a exceptional experience at Sheraton.

The outdoor pool was closed for renovation during our stay. Additionally, the shower handle was a bit old and rusty, making it difficult to adjust the hot water temperature.

The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options to choose from. The location was perfect for me, as it was situated in a fairly quiet neighborhood yet still within a short walk to Swafiya and its many shopping options. Additionally, the hotel provided transportation, which made getting around the city convenient.

The hotel also has great facilities, including a gym with state-of-the-art equipment and a fantastic indoor swimming pool.

The lobby's bar is the best in town, with friendly and professional staff like Tatiana, Wasfi, and Khalid. Delicious drinks and a great place to unwind after a long day. The bed mattress is extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

They go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the meals at the restaurant, especially in the Spice Garden, are delicious. The chefs, Mr Ali and the young lady chef, even cater to specific dietary preferences, such as making a delicious vegan meal. The hotel also offers excellent facilities like a well-equipped gym, sauna, steam room, and indoor pool.

One negative aspect is that the outdoor pool is currently closed for renovation, which is disappointing, especially on warm and sunny days.

And of course, the lobby's bar is the best in town, with friendly and professional staff who make delicious drinks.

I had an amazing stay at a beautiful hotel with great views, delicious food, and outstanding service. The room was cozy and quiet, with an incredibly comfortable bed that made me fall asleep easily after a long day of work. The staff at the front reception were friendly and even offered me a free early check-in and late check-out. Special shoutout to Mohamed and Ganeah who went above and beyond to ensure my needs were taken care of. The spa zone was excellent, everything was sparkling clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was fresh and tasty, although it could have had a bit more variety. The hotel's Christmas decorations added a nice touch to the overall ambiance and created a pleasant mood for all guests. I would definitely love to stay here again!

They respected my privacy and always made sure I had everything I needed. The hotel facilities, including the pool and gym, were top-notch.
