Great location but needs some work

Easy access to the hospital was a plus. Staff was friendly and breakfast was decent. Room had some cleanliness issues, like mold in the bathroom and dirty curtains. We also had a little trouble with our room key not working all the time. just need some TLC to make it better.

Affordable price for the first two nights. Cleanliness of the room with a King size bed. Nice facility and location. Friendly and helpful staff at check-in and during room cleaning

Great amenities, such as clean and comfortable rooms, and ample parking. Loved the beautiful decor and professional and welcoming exterior. Also, appreciated the selection of low-carb food options, perfect for diabetics like me.

The staff was completely unhelpful and rude. They made multiple unauthorized charges to my account and showed no willingness to resolve the issue.

As a tourist, I loved the spacious room and bathroom. The room had all the necessary amenities like an iron, microwave, and fridge. The comfortable bed made my stay even better. The front desk staff provided good, fast, and friendly customer service.

Check-in time at 3pm was convenient for our vacation. Breakfast was delicious and the staff went above and beyond. Newly remodeled room had nice carpet. AC worked well and beds were comfortable.

This place is a fantastic hotel that I highly recommend to anyone staying here in the Los Angeles area. The location is excellent, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff, from the auditor to the messed up manager on the night shift, were very friendly and eager to help with any request. The rooms were amazing, with convenient amenities such as ironing facilities, heating and air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a sink with free toiletries. I absolutely loved the garden furniture and sitting areas, as well as the spacious TV room.

All in all, I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

This hotel offers a convenient location by the roadside, making it easy to access. Though there is no in-house restaurant, the hotel is situated in an area with several dining choices. On the sidewalk near the side exit door by the grass, there are plenty of options for grabbing a quick bite. The rooms are clean and the service is remarkable. The bathrooms are well equipped with all necessary amenities. Despite the breakfast not being up to scratch, the ice machine is functional, and the air-conditioning is spot on, making for a comfortable stay.

The elevators are inconveniently slow, and the walls of the facility could use an update.
