The location was excellent, with numerous landmarks, government buildings, and the presidential palace nearby. The spacious rooms were well-appointed, and the breakfast was delicious. Additionally, the city itself was modern, clean, and breathtaking, with notable attractions like the Baiterek Tower.

It is within walking distance to tourist locations and a reasonable distance from some restaurants, although a 15-20 minute walk from any malls. The rooms are lovely with soft mattresses, and the bathrooms are nice and clean. The staff is generally friendly and welcoming, with competent receptionists who are happy to answer queries and make arrangements.

During my Xmas stay, I enjoyed the free shuttle service to and from the airport, which was a great way to start and end my trip. the location was also a big plus - it was conveniently located near public transportation and attractions. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast and fast Wi-Fi.
