The location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the heart of the town with easy access to all the main attractions. The design of the rooms was also impressive, with modern and stylish decor that created a comfortable atmosphere. the staff were pleasant and friendly, providing excellent customer service throughout our stay.

The floors felt sticky even during breakfast, which was not a pleasant experience. the leather sofas in the upstairs bar were damaged, which made the space appear unkept.

Our stay at The Angel Hotel was fantastic! We had a great time and were impressed by so many aspects. The staff were friendly, helpful, and a credit to the hotel. The location couldn't have been better, allowing us to enjoy drinks and meals on-site throughout the day. The size of our room was impressive, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The Aircon kept the room at the perfect temperature, a rare find in accommodations. The towels were fluffy, and the drinks station was well stocked. our expectations were exceeded, and we had a fabulous stay.

The staff here were incredibly welcoming and helpful, going out of their way to make sure I had a comfortable stay. The room was spacious and well-designed, with all the amenities I needed for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The housekeeping was also top-notch, with the room always being clean and tidy. the level of service and quality of facilities made for a truly enjoyable stay.

We had a wonderful Christmas stay at this hotel. we were pleasantly surprised to find complimentary mince pies and mulled wine waiting for us in our room, which was a lovely touch. The hotel's location was ideal, just a stone's throw away from the bustling town centre and a short walk to the stunning harbour. we really appreciated being able to bring our furry friend along for the trip, as the hotel was pet-friendly.

The heating in our room was malfunctioning, making it difficult to regulate the temperature. , the soundproofing between rooms was lacking, which made for a rather noisy stay.

When it came to breakfast, the only thing that would've made it better was having bread available for toast. Unfortunately, they didn't have any bread, which was a disappointment, especially since my wife can only eat toast due to her stomach problems.
