The hotel was also well-isolated, keeping me warm and cozy even in sub-zero temperatures outside. I found the nearby shopping centers, supermarkets, and money-changers very convenient as well. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfasts were varied and delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Nur-Sultan.

My stay at Brown Hotel was fantastic! The location was very convenient, with plenty of nearby buses to get around. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was small but functional. Comfy, clean rooms and bathrooms. Excellent wifi and flatscreen TV's. Helpful staff, translating and trying their best. Very good breakfast with local products and fresh fruit. Convenient location in the "old" town near the river.

The hotel was conveniently located and had easy access to public transportation. the breakfast was satisfactory and there was a good variety of food options.

The worst aspect of my stay was the fact that my room was not cleaned daily during my new year stay. the noise level of other guests was disturbing and kept me up at night.
