Fantastic spa with pool, jacuzzi, and steam bath. Convenient location near Dostyk mall with plenty of dining options. Comfortable rooms with soft bed and pillows.

the chocolate croissants were a dream, and the location near Dostyk Plaza is a total win! Super clean vibes and comfy beds made it feel fresh. But let’s keep it real: the ac felt more like a sauna, and I had to double up on layers for the baby bed! Room service was a wild goose chase, too. Still, Almaty’s culinary scene nearby made it all worth it!

Stayed at Grand Mildom, and it was a pleasant experience overall. the suite was cozy, with a comfortable bed and pillows. Ms. Anel was extremely helpful, providing assistance with tourist spots and using yandex. the location, right opposite Dostyk mall, was convenient for exploring nearby restaurants and attractions like KokTobe. the newly opened hotel staff were friendly, and the spa, complimentary , was a nice touch.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. the cleanliness was impeccable, with our room being cleaned daily. the hotel facilities were top-notch, including an amazing swimming pool with a fantastic view. the location next to a large shopping center was very convenient, offering various dining options. the staff was exceptionally helpful and courteous, making our experience even more enjoyable.

Could not be improved in any way.

grand mildom is super clean. the staff is really friendly and helpful. it’s close to shymbaluk mountain - which is awesome for a quick getaway. breakfast was excellent, and the pool views are amazing!

Strongly recommend.
