The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. I also appreciated the stylish design of the room and bathroom. the hotel's location was convenient for exploring the city and there was strong WiFi in the room.

The biggest issue was the inconsistency of the shower water, which went from ice cold to scorching hot. It was also disappointing that many items on the restaurant menu were unavailable and the waitstaff seemed untrained.

I had a wonderful stay at Kazzhol Park Hotel. the staff made me feel so welcomed, and I could tell that they genuinely cared about making my stay enjoyable. the room had a beautiful view of the park, and the general manager's attention to detail was evident throughout the hotel. the housekeeping was excellent, and the sitting areas with plants were a nice touch for relaxation. the food, served à la carte, was delicious and tasteful. the room and bathroom were stylish and well-maintained, and the whole hotel had a modern vibe. the breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly and helpful. the receptionists spoke good English and were always ready to assist. the WiFi in the room was reliable with a strong signal and good speed. it was a great experience and excellent value for money.

We loved the location of this place, right in the center which made it convenient for us to explore various facilities around such as cafes, stores, and money exchange. The staff at the reception desk was very friendly and supportive, making our stay even more comfortable. The rooms were clean and had great amenities such as an ironing facility, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV.

The breakfast was okay, but the lack of gloves when handling food was concerning. The staff should be more mindful of proper hygiene practices.
