Pricey compared to other hotels.

It was less crowded, had more light, and offered a better view. The chambermaids were also quite helpful during our stay. Additionally, we discovered two excellent restaurants, Franks in West Malling and Hilltop in Wrotham, using Tripfinder. The location of the hotel was convenient, with good roads in the area.

. Initially, we were sent to a room on the 4th floor, which was a painful experience considering there was no lift.

I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Maidstone-Sevenoaks. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the bed provided a great night's sleep. The shower was also amazing, with plenty of hot water. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a good variety of options. I also appreciated the swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi facilities. The reception staff was incredibly helpful and friendly.

Although there were a few minor issues during my stay, such as a delay in check-in and some small maintenance issues, the overall experience at the hotel was still excellent.
