I had a wonderful stay at Ramada in Almaty. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to ensure excellent customer service. I particularly appreciated their quick response when I encountered a problem with my room assignment. They immediately addressed the issue and moved me to a more peaceful floor. The hotel's cleanliness and comfortable rooms added to the overall pleasant experience. The breakfast and dinner were delicious, and I thoroughly enjoyed the thoughtful decoration in the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Almaty.

The hotel lacks a proper view, as some rooms have frosted windows or face towards other buildings.

The pool was out of order during my stay which was pretty disappointing since I was looking forward to taking a swim. the hot water was only available for a few hours in the morning, making it difficult to shower at other times of day.
