Rixos surpassed all my expectations. The central location allowed me to easily navigate around the city, and the proactive staff helped me arrange transportation to and from the airport. The stylish lobby and spacious room provided a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and took advantage of the spa and massage facilities. Rixos provided me with a wonderful introduction to the region and an unforgettable stay.

The room itself was spacious and clean, with all the amenities I needed. The WiFi was fast and reliable, and the room was well-insulated, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The breakfast hall was large and well-lit, offering a wide variety of delicious food. The servers were attentive and the staff at the egg station were particularly lovely. The spa and fitness center were clean and enjoyable to use. The hotel also offers free parking, which is convenient and safe. I had a great experience at Rixos Almaty Hotel.

As backpackers, we loved the spacious and clean rooms with great views of the park and mountains. The spa was a fantastic addition, with new and clean equipment for ultimate relaxation. The breakfast had a huge selection and the bright, light-filled dining area made for a pleasant start to the day. The friendly staff also made sure we didn't miss out on any conveniences during our stay.

Felt like a home away from home, nothing was too much trouble

Enjoyed my weekend stay with two complimentary surprises, one in the room and one at breakfast. Location was perfect for exploring the city and easy to get around. the view from my room was stunning.

The staff was not as helpful as I would have liked, and I had some difficulty communicating with them due to language barriers. the hotel fire alarm went off at an inconvenient time and seemed to be a ploy to make more money.

The building and facilities at Rixos were truly magnificent. Our room was spectacular, with a comfortable bed, spacious sitting room, and even a classic writing desk. The hotel is also conveniently located, just a short taxi ride away from the city center. Despite a few minor issues, the personnel at the hotel were welcoming, prompt, and extremely polite. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options, and the room amenities like the ironing board, safe, and TV with multiple language channels were greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend Rixos for a pleasant stay in Almaty.

I recently stayed at Rixos in the heart of the old city center for a week-long business trip. The location was perfect, with a park and various amenities just a stone's throw away. The atrium lobby was stunning, showcasing the local character and design. The staff, for the most part, were professional and courteous, although there were a few who had limited English skills. The hotel was well-organized and clean, and the breakfast was excellent. Additionally, the spa was a wonderful added bonus, offering relaxation after a long day.
