Great value for the money, we received a free upgrade to a higher floor room which had amazing views. The hotel's location near the train station and shopping mall made it convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the gym was nice too.

Menu for breakfast could be improved, especially for vegetarians.

I had a fantastic stay at Westin Guangzhou. The upgraded room was luxurious, complete with a rain shower and a comfortable bed. The concierge went above and beyond to help me secure a train ticket back to Hong Kong. The complimentary shuttle service to the train station was a great convenience. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and great amenities.

I recently upgraded to the Preferred guests level at The Westin and it was definitely worth it! The breakfast buffet was fantastic, the room was luxurious, and the staff were friendly. The location was extremely convenient, with easy access to the train station and shopping mall. I had a great time at the club downstairs, enjoying drinks and dancing with a friend. The salsa social dance on Saturdays was amazing, with talented local dancers. a wonderful experience with great amenities and helpful staff.

Check-in was quick and the staff were friendly. the room was spacious and clean, with a large working desk. the bathroom and walk-in closet were also spacious. the breakfast buffet had a good selection of both Western and Chinese options, and there was even a barrista to make coffees. the wifi speed was decent.

The Room with a View

I had the most incredible stay at a hotel in Guangzhou recently. Let me tell you, this place was top-notch. From the moment I stepped into the suite, I was blown away. The room was so well-equipped, it felt like a home away from home. And I have to mention the view - it was absolutely breathtaking. I couldn't have asked for a more fantastic sight to wake up to every morning.

Amazingly spacious rooms with comfortable beds and separate bathtub and shower. The location is perfect if you prefer a quieter area, with a short walk to the metro and easy access to busy spots like Canton Tower. The Chinese restaurant serves exceptional Cantonese cuisine. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel's convenient location near the railway station and the free shuttle service were a bonus. The view from our room of the Pearl River new town area and the Canton Tower was stunning. I would definitely book this hotel again if I return to Guangzhou.
