Our recent stay at this hotel was a pleasant experience overall. the staff were exceptionally good at their job, making us feel welcome and ensuring we had a comfortable stay. the central location of the hotel was a huge bonus, within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the liner terminal for those picking up cruise ship passengers. the room we stayed in was well ventilated, with an easy-to-control temperature, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep.

One area that could be improved is the breakfast service, which was a bit expensive compared to other options nearby. the cooked breakfast could have been hotter, as it was only warm.

I had to visit reception six times during my stay due to faulty key cards, causing inconvenience. the room and location were the saving grace, making my stay somewhat enjoyable. Overall I'll recommend this hotel.

Our room had a noisy air conditioning unit, but when we raised this issue, we were promptly relocated to a quieter room at the back of the hotel. the staff were attentive and accommodating, ensuring a comfortable stay. Overall, I'll recommend this hotel.
