The value for money at Indigo was excellent, with a beautiful room and a great view on the 12th floor. The location was fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from Victoria Station and the city center. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home.

Breakfast delights could be improved with better service and covered condiments.

This place is amazing! The location is perfect as it is close to a lot of nice restaurants! The service is beyond excellent, including the room service, car hire, dry cleaning and housekeeping. They also offer a welcome drink and plenty of fantastic room amenities such as ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and an in-room safe. The room is cozy, very clean and comes with a flat-screen tv, carpeted or parquet floor, sink, free toiletries. The facilities and services such as fitness centre, luggage storage, and late check-in / out are top-notch!

I recommend this hotel to all!

The hotel is in a fantastic location, right next to the main train station with easy access to the airport and the arena. It's also close to plenty of shops and restaurants. The rooms are clean and modern with great city views. The bed is comfortable and the staff are friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast buffet finishes a little early, which may not suit those who like to sleep in.

The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is right next to Victoria Station and only a 2-minute walk from AO Arena. This makes it extremely convenient for exploring the city, with attractions such as the Arndale mall, the Printworks, and the National Football Museum just a short distance away. The staff at the hotel are also very helpful and friendly, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near to the train station and concert arena, which made it easy to attend events. I particularly appreciated the fact that the hotel staff looked after our bags after we checked out, so we were able to enjoy a few more hours exploring the city. the room was clean and comfortable, and the shower was large and very impressive. Plus, the towels were great!

we found it difficult to locate the hotel as there was not clear signage from the street. Lastly, it would have been nice to have a bathrobe to use.
