Convenient location, friendly staff

My stay at Hotel Indigo was delightful! The location is perfect, just a quick stroll from Victoria Station. The staff were exceptionally friendly, making me feel at home right away. I loved the unique decor of the rooms, and breakfast featured an impressive variety that catered to all tastes.

Check-in was a bit slow, but the location by an old train station is fantastic! I loved the unique decor and the warm helpful staff made me feel welcomed. Breakfast was delicious too, especially the freshly cooked items!

The room layout was spacious and well-designed, though I wish

the shower had a bath option. The large windows offered a fantastic city view, and the staff were incredibly helpful, especially when I needed assistance with my bags. Breakfast was a highlight with a wide variety. Highly recommend for its location near attractions.

I encountered various service issues during our stay. We arrived just after check-in time, but our room wasn't ready and we had to wait an additional 40 minutes. It was frustrating as we had dinner plans and the lack of staff seemed to impact service quality significantly. This delay really dampened our experience and made it less enjoyable.

We loved our stay! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Arndale mall and The Printworks. We appreciated how clean and comfortable our room was, and the staff were incredibly accommodating. The hotel also provided easy access to the National Football Museum, making our visit memorable.

The hotel featured stunning decor, and my room was spacious and impeccably clean. The beds were plush, providing a great night’s rest, and the powerful shower was a highlight. I also loved the friendly staff who were eager to assist!

The location was spot on for catching a concert at New Century Hall, and the comfy rooms really impressed the whole family. Loved the cool decor and how the staff treated us—they made our stay more enjoyable. Highly recommend for families visiting the city!

Just a nice choice for a couple of nights in Manchester with great value for the money. The bed was comfortable and I loved having tea and coffee available in the room. Definitely check the parking details ahead of time to save some cash.

this hotel is awsome! super close to victoria station n all the shops. the room was spacious n had floor to ceiling windows with sick views of the city. loved the comfy bed and the big walk-in shower was def a bonus! the decor is really cool too, feels unique n fresh. the staff were super friendly and helped with anything we needed.

but the breakfast was kinda disappointing and the check-in was slow, took longer than I expected.
