Clean and comfortable room with polite and helpful staff. The compact family room was perfect for our needs, despite being smaller than expected. We received great suggestions from the staff for our afternoon activities. Although the location was slightly further out from the town center, the affordable price made up for it. I would highly recommend this hotel for a budget-friendly and pleasant stay.

The two-bedroom apartment had two toilets, a well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds. The location was convenient for walking to the city. Good bathroom heating and free Wifi. Close to a pub.

The location of the motel is excellent, being within walking distance to the city centre and close to all the attractions of the area. Additionally, it is conveniently situated near the centre of Christchurch, making it easy to explore the city and its surroundings. The friendly staff at the motel provide excellent service, helping guests with car rentals and providing helpful local information.

Part: However, the motel is located right next to a very loud tavern, which can make it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

I had a great stay in this modern and clean hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room had all the facilities I needed, including laundry and a BBQ restaurant nearby. The level walk to the center of the city was convenient, and there was a bottle shop on the main street. The best part was the great value for money and that I could park my car easily.

The thin walls, which occasionally allowed me to hear some noise from the next room or the development work nearby.
