We had a fantastic stay here! The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of a Thames riverside walk, the town center, and Richmond Park. The rooms were spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We also enjoyed the hotel facilities, including the bar with a resident DJ, and the nice sized swimming pool for a refreshing dip. a great place to stay for exploring the city and enjoying some relaxation.

The staff were polite and helpful, and the renovations in the hotel were stunning. The restaurant served delicious food and cocktails, and parking was convenient. The bed was large and comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. a wonderful experience.

The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities, especially the swimming pool and spa, were amazing. Starting my day in the outdoor hot tub was a treat, and the spa treatment was by far the best I've ever had. The room was spacious and recently renovated, with a nice surprise of complimentary gin. this hotel was perfect for a relaxing getaway or a girls' spa weekend.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, surrounded by beautiful surroundings and just a short stroll from the river. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a mini fridge and great drink choices. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The restaurant was also fantastic, with delicious food and a lovely outdoor terrace. the service was first-class and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

What a perfect easter stay! Stayed in a recently refurbished hotel with a lovely modern decoration that added to the great experience. We were pleasantly surprised by complementary gin and sherry decanters in our sumptuously furnished room, besides other excellent amenities. the hotel is in a prime location and the fantastic staff made us feel like VIPs. the breakfast was a feast for the eyes and the palate.

The pool could have been a bit warmer, and we found it too cold. We also struggled to find the health club since it was located down an unrefurbished back staircase with poor signage.

During my stay at Harbour Hotel, I was incredibly pleased with the spacious and well-decorated room. The beds were so comfortable, and I especially loved the double sinks in the bathroom. Speaking of which, the bathroom was huge and had a lovely heated towel rack. The small touches like the free sherry and gin, as well as the complimentary bedside water, were truly appreciated. Additionally, the option to have breakfast served to my room free of charge was a delightful surprise that other hotels should definitely consider.
