I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was top-notch, with the housekeepers and maintenance people doing a great job. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of hot selections. The staff at this hotel were amazing, always attentive and friendly. They really seemed to love their jobs, and it showed in their level of professionalism. Additionally, the location was convenient for me, as I needed to attend events at the nearby university.

Our second stay at this hotel and once again, we were impressed. Carolyn, the staff member who assisted us, was amazing. She showed great professionalism and was incredibly helpful and understanding, especially considering the snowy conditions and our kids. The hotel's location across from BGSU is excellent, with plenty of food options available nearby. The lobby and breakfast area is spacious, perfect for relaxing or playing games. My kids loved the hot chocolate and tea available in the lobby. The room was comfortable and met all our needs. Plus, the breakfast bar was nice and the restrooms were clean.

Would recommend this hotel.

We recently stayed at a hotel in town for a football game, and the location of the Hampton Inn was perfect. The stadium was right across the street, which made it super convenient for us. The staff at the hotel were incredibly kind and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. The room itself was comfortable and had everything we needed. Plus, the large sitting area in the lobby/breakfast area was a bonus. We loved being able to hang out and play board games with our kids. And the fact that they had hot chocolate and tea available in the lobby was a hit with the kids too!

When it comes to the breakfast selection, there was one thing that could have made it better. The only thing I would suggest is having a larger variety of pastries or baked goods to choose from.

The beds were really comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day exploring the city. the staff was friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist with any questions or concerns. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located close to several key attractions and restaurants, making it easy to get around without needing a car.

One downside was that the rooms could have been cleaner. There were some stains on the floors that looked like they hadn't been vacuumed properly.

The staff in the breakfast area was exceptional, following CDC guidelines and providing excellent service. The hotel allowed us to check in early, and the room was impeccably clean. The entire motel had a fresh and clean smell. The mattress was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The lobby/breakfast area was spacious and had a large sitting area where we could relax and play board games. We also loved the availability of hot chocolate and tea in the lobby. The location was perfect for visiting Bowling Green State University, being conveniently close to the campus.

We felt cared for and had no complaints whatsoever.
