we had a fantastic stay at emara ole, sereni, park view. the location was superb, offering a beautiful view of the park. the rooms were spacious and elegantly decorated, with luxurious bathrooms and a lovely balcony. all services were top, notch, from the friendly and helpful staff to the delicious food at both breakfast and the rooftop restaurant. we especially enjoyed the quick room service and the great drink selection. the new year's eve party on the 10th floor with fireworks was a memorable experience.

The hotel had good facilities and a nice design. the breakfast was tasty, and the staff we interacted with were polite and attentive. the hotel was conveniently located close to the airport and had a beautiful view of a nearby park.

The towels in the swimming pool area were hard to find, and it took staff a long time to locate them. the service at the restaurant was quite slow and sometimes disorganized, leading to long waits for food and even forgotten drink orders.

Nothing could have been better.

I recently stayed at a hotel near the airport, conveniently located next to a noisy road. Despite the noise, the room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was well-maintained, and the service was friendly and attentive. The breakfast options were delicious and varied. Additionally, the hotel had a sky lounge and a gym for guests to enjoy. The location made it easy to access from the airport, which was a plus.

I did experience some issues during my stay. The hotel had a few problems with the air conditioning, as it wasn't working properly.

This hotel is luxurious and exclusive, with impeccable and personalized service. the room advantages are impressive, especially the private facilities. the Sauna and Leisure room are outstanding, perfect for relaxation. the Restaurant offers special diet menus and the In-room breakfast is delightful. the Bar area is great for a drink before dinner, while the Snack bar is convenient for quick bites. the location advantages are unbeatable, near the Nairobi national park with a stunning view.

Although the hotel offers a variety of amenities, there was only one minor issue. the packed lunches are slightly expensive, considering the overall prices.
