Had a wonderful weekend at a hotel in the heart of a charming town. the rooms were very clean and tastefully decorated, with tea/coffee facilities and fresh towels provided. the breakfast and lunch/dinner options were delicious. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating - we arrived late but they still offered to make us food! Location was perfect, surrounded by wonderful shops and restaurants, and within walking distance of a beautiful park. the free Wi-Fi made it easy to plan our day trips.

The hotel car park was quite steep, making it difficult to unload luggage and exit the car without causing damage. the slope was a bit treacherous to navigate, especially when carrying suitcases.

During our stay at Flagstaff Lodge, we were impressed by the size and cleanliness of the bedrooms. The decor was beautiful, creating a pleasant and comfortable environment. Additionally, the hotel staff were exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. One particular receptionist was kind enough to switch our rooms so that my elderly parents could have an accessible shower. This level of service truly made a difference in our experience. The bar area also had a great vibe, making it a lovely place to relax. we found the hotel to be good value for money.

We had an absolutely perfect two-night stay at a clean, new property with spacious, comfortable rooms. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, even staying open late to prepare us a delicious burger and chips. The breakfast was also delicious, and the owner treated us like royalty. We were so impressed with the level of care and attention to detail. I highly recommend this hotel for a truly memorable experience.

the accommodation exceeded our expectations. the rooms were spacious and airy, giving off a boutique hotel feeling. the staff, especially Louise on reception, were very friendly and provided us with great tourist information about Newry and the surrounding areas. the breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options available. the staff even went out of their way to accommodate our preferences, such as making us a freshly made omelette.

The hotel was conveniently located, just a short drive away from the city center and with beautiful views of the countryside. the rooms were spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. the breakfast menu offered a great selection of items, all cooked to perfection.

The car park was quite difficult to maneuver due to its steep slope, making it challenging to get in and out of the car. the main entrance had a lot of steps and didn't seem to have an alternate access point, which might be inconvenient for guests with mobility issues.

I had a wonderful stay at a charming lodge in Newry. the receptionist, Louise, was exceptional in her service both before and during my stay. the staff were friendly and always willing to help. the food at the restaurant was outstanding - I enjoyed both dinner and breakfast during my stay. the room I stayed in was fantastic, spacious enough for four people, and the bathroom was clean and modern.
