The hotel is perfectly located close to the castles and offered a free parking spot for our car. the breakfast was fantastic, with a variety of options and even complemented by hot chocolate and mulled wine. the outdoor area, particularly the trampoline and slide, was a great addition for our kids to play.

the dinner menu was limited and the absence of tap water in the restaurant was an inconvenience. the bathroom windows lacked curtains or obscure glass which made it uncomfortable for us to use at night.

Our purpose was to visit the castles around and we stayed for one night. The staff at Hotel Waldmann was great, very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a big parking lot, which was convenient for us. The room, although small, was enough for our needs and it was very clean. The bathroom was surprisingly large and modern. The location of the hotel was good for exploring the region. We also appreciated the discount card for nearby sightseeing and the proximity to Kristall Therme, where we enjoyed the thermal pools with breathtaking views of the Alps.
