The location of the hotel was great, with a small grocery store, liquor store, pharmacy, and restaurant just a 5-minute walk away. The kitchen in the apartment was well equipped for self-catering, which was a nice surprise. having Netflix available on the TV in the lounge was a great bonus for entertainment.

One of the major downsides was the water situation. It took forever for the hot water to come through and even when it did, it was a bit sketchy.

The location was perfect, as it was very near to downtown and within walking distance to a mall. The service was exceptional, with very helpful staff who provided car hire and a grocery shopping service. Housekeeping was great, and laundry was done twice a week. The room was very spacious and had all the necessary amenities including ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a sitting area with a flat-screen TV. We also enjoyed relaxing on the terrace with the garden furniture.

We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Spacious room, well-equipped shared kitchen, nice ambience and neighborhood. Caretakers available after 9 AM. No water on 3rd day, no response when notified. Needed a washing machine which was provided. Enjoyed the shared living room/kitchen for a self-cooked breakfast during travels. Cordial staff, clean rooms, and responsive receptionist. Secure, quiet location with beautiful natural vegetation view. Excellent communication with regular updates and accommodations.

During my recent stay at Erica Residences - Riverside, I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of my room. The bed was cozy and the bathroom was spotless. Additionally, the location was ideal, with easy access to Westlands for shopping and entertainment. The availability of a lift made it convenient to reach my room on the 7th floor. I also appreciated the complimentary instant coffee and tea in the shared kitchen. Lastly, the friendly housekeeper Sheila and Christine added a personal touch to my stay.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Erica Residences Apartment. The spacious 4BHK apartment provided plenty of room for all of us. The friendly staff made us feel welcome, and the well-equipped kitchenette allowed us to cook our own meals. The fast Wi-Fi, gym, and swimming pool were all great amenities that we enjoyed. it was a perfect home away from home for our family.

We felt right at home here, with no complaints at all.
