During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the complimentary bowl of fruits and the goodnight wishes from the staff. the hotel's location was also convenient with ample parking space available. the bed was luxurious and comfortable, allowing me to have a good sleep.

There was a strong smell of food or oil in my room, which was unpleasant. It seemed to come from the kitchen or air vent.

This hotel is a luxurious paradise with exclusive amenities that catered to my every need. the staff was attentive and fulfilled my requests promptly. the room was spacious, with plush bedding and high-quality toiletries. the Sun terrace and Garden area were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful view.

this was quickly resolved by the staff who provided me with a customized meal.

The location was absolutely perfect, with everything authentic and convenient to explore the old town area. Being in the Jonker Street area, I was surrounded by vibrant shops, delicious food stalls, and a lively night market. The hotel itself was nestled in an enclosed area, offering a tranquil escape from the bustling streets. The room was beautifully designed, with attention to detail and top-notch amenities, such as L'Occitane toiletries and quality towels. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with warm welcomes and helpful explanations. They were always polite and friendly, attentive to every request. Moreover, the breakfast featured a variety of options to cater to different tastes and preferences. it was a delightful experience to stay in such a unique and authentic hotel.

The only downside I found was the occasional traffic jam and road block around the area, which could make it a bit challenging to travel back to the hotel during busy weekends.
