The hotel had great cleanliness and the rooms were perfectly cleaned daily. The staff, especially Steve at the reception desk and George at the concierge service, were polite and helpful. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a bar located on the 16th floor and a big and clean pool. The location in a quiet street in Westlands was convenient.

The hotel offered complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi which was a great bonus. the location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to major shopping centers and restaurants. the rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds.

The roads leading to the hotel were congested with heavy traffic and poorly maintained, which made it difficult to navigate. the hotel did not have a gym or fitness center, which may pose a challenge for guests who want to maintain their fitness routine during their stay.

Entering the hotel, I was impressed with the grandeur of the lobby. The Spa and wellness centre offered premium massages and treatments that left me feeling rejuvenated. The indoor swimming pool along with sauna and sun terrace made my stay luxurious. The restaurant served an excellent buffet breakfast, and the bar/lounge area was perfect to unwind with an expertly crafted cocktail. Additionally, the private facilities in my room, including an exclusive Spa centre and room advantages, added to my feeling of exclusivity.

Although I enjoyed my stay here, the only drawback was the slow service provided by the staff. Despite the presence of modern amenities, there was a lack of any snacks or bites in-house that made it difficult to enjoy in my room.

The hotel's location is convenient, being close to both the airport and the center of Nairobi. It is also within proximity to the Westgate mall, providing easy access to shopping options. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with daily cleaning service. The staff are polite, helpful, and provide excellent service. The breakfast spread is impressive, offering a variety of tasty options.

During our recent stay at Movenpick, we were pleasantly surprised by the convenient location, with easy access to shops and malls, as well as being close to the airport. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel welcomed and well taken care of. We also enjoyed the super quality food at the on-site restaurants, especially the one on the 24th floor with its breathtaking 360-degree view of the city. The attention to detail in the hotel's beautiful decor and artwork added an extra touch of elegance to our experience. Despite one tiny inconvenience of occasional noise from neighboring bars, our overall stay at Movenpick was wonderful. We highly recommend this hotel for a delightful stay in Nairobi.
