We had an amazing stay at Palacina! The food in the restaurant was delicious, and we even got upgraded to a beautiful suite after our Mount Kenya trek. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The atmosphere was homey and welcoming, and we loved the quiet area and the sound of birds singing in the morning. The lush gardens made us feel like we could just stay in and relax. We enjoyed it so much that we ended up extending our stay.

I recently stayed at Palacina in Nairobi for a few nights. The location was fantastic, offering a quiet and secure atmosphere with beautiful surroundings. The rooms and residences were spacious, and the service was exceptional, going above and beyond to resolve any issues and accommodate my requests. The indoor pool was a great feature, adding to the relaxed and peaceful ambiance of the hotel. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a new and modern apartment on my second visit.

The large bed with a clean mosquito net ensured a restful sleep. The daily breakfast, with a tasty omelet, was a treat, and the afternoon tea/coffee with pastries was a lovely touch. Wonderful breakfast options, including a large veggie omelet, fresh fruit, and more. Delicious Swedish mustard beef dish for dinner. Bottled water provided daily. Huge suite with multiple bedrooms, full kitchen, living room, and office. Beautiful balconies and bathroom with tub and shower. Mosquito net and fan provided. Friendly staff. Beautiful pool and lush gardens with flowering trees. Hotel offers safari arrangements and airport transfer service. a perfect choice for young holiday goers.

Over the Easter weekend, I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Kenya. the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, offering complimentary drinks and snacks on arrival which was a great bonus. the location was perfect, close to all the key tourist attractions and local amenities. the best aspect of my stay was definitely the rooftop pool area, the views were breathtaking and it was the perfect place to relax and unwind in the sun.

The only downside of my stay was the breakfast options, which were limited and could have offered more variety. However, the staff were always on hand to offer alternative options and ensure any dietary requirements were catered for.

The rooms were beyond words, with a separate sitting area and a luxurious bathroom that even had a jacuzzi. The balcony was spacious enough to host a small gathering, and I even had access to Netflix on the TV in my room. The hospitality of the staff was exceptional, and the inclusive breakfast was absolutely delicious. The location was perfect, away from the hustle and bustle but still close to everything in central Nairobi. The value for money was unbeatable. I highly recommend Palacina for a relaxing and comfortable stay.
