Our stay was rewarding with smaller animals like mongoose and waterbuck roaming below our room. The game drives, especially the morning ones, were the highlight of our stay. Our driver Chrispine was superb at spotting animals and allowed us to capture some incredible pictures. The hotel concept itself is pretty amazing, with wildlife coming to drink water providing beautiful sights. The staff were friendly and the service was excellent.

I had an amazing time at Salt Lick Safari Lodge! The buffet at lunch was simply divine, with a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from. The desserts were especially fancy and tempting. In addition, my room had a fantastic view of the water hole outside, where I could always spot animals from my window. The lodge's location within the Taita Hills Sanctuary made it a perfect place for wildlife enthusiasts like me. Despite falling ill during my stay, the onsite clinic and doctor took great care of me, showing the caring nature of the staff. I highly recommend this unique property for an unforgettable safari experience.

We had a great stay at a lodge in the heart of the Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary. The location was fantastic, right next to a waterhole where we saw plenty of wildlife. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the food was delicious. The staff were exceptional and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for a memorable wildlife experience.

As youngsters, we loved the unique concept of the hotel with its stilted design, allowing us to have a close-up view of animals at the watering hole. The location was incomparable, and the wildlife sightings were thrilling!

We felt truly cared for during our stay, and there was no reason to complain.
