We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff at the reception, especially Betty and Boniface, went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. They were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. The housekeeping services were superb. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the mouth-watering meals served by Robert at the restaurant. The hotel is located in a quiet area near a small hill, providing a peaceful atmosphere.

The hotel had a great location, close to the city center and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. the rooms were clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. the staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to assist with any requests or questions.

I was disappointed with the lack of security in the hotel. I left my valuables in the room and when I returned, some of my belongings were missing.

We were warmly welcomed with a refreshing drink upon arrival, and the room amenities were luxurious- ironing facilities, air conditioning, mini-bar, sitting area. The dining experience was delightful, with a wide array of dishes to choose from. The breakfast was delicious and the bar/lounge area was a great spot to relax and enjoy a few drinks. The staff, especially Fridah at the reception, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They provided excellent service and were always ready to assist us with anything we needed. The leisure facilities, such as the swimming pool and garden area, were well-maintained and added to the overall relaxation experience. The Wi-Fi was reliable and the on-site car park made it convenient for us.
